The session includes a consultation and a tailored demonstration of a reflexology treatment suitable for your baby/toddler for you to practice on them in the comfort of your own home. I will also email you an aftercare plan with a full reflexology routine for your child.

It is important to note reflexology is not a substitute for medical care and you should always consult your GP or PHN if you are concerned about your child.
